Packaging Operator

Delta-Pak, as a packaging waste management operator, plays the role of managing the packaging system — connecting organizations that place packaging on the market of the Republic of Serbia with recyclers. The national recycling targets are set by the Ministry of Environmental Protection, and legal entities can fulfill this obligation in one of three ways:

by paying the fee directly to the state

by managing packaging waste independently

by transferring their obligation to an authorized operator.
