In accordance with the Law on Chemicals, any supplier of hazardous chemicals, a legal entity that is a manufacturer, importer, distributor, or downstream user placing chemicals on the market — is required to appoint a chemical advisor. Our consulting services in the field of chemical management include:
Preparation of Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and labels for chemicals and biocidal products
Registration of chemicals in the Chemicals Register
Inclusion of biocidal products on the Temporary List within the Biocidal Products Register
Obtaining permits for the trade and use of particularly hazardous chemicals

In accordance with the Law on the Transport of Dangerous Goods, every company whose activities include the dispatch or transport of dangerous goods by road, or related activities such as packaging, loading, filling, or unloading, is required to appoint one or more Safety Advisors for the Transport of Dangerous Goods.
